How can i allow my friends to join offline matches?

i need instructions / help on this one. Is there any way to play on a private server and allow friends to join?

On LAN, just give them your IP and they can connect using the console command 'connect <ip>'.

In case you want to let them connect from outside your LAN, you have to bypass NAT running on your router, you need to setup port-forwarding on your router. Basically you just tell your router to forward every packet going to port 27015 (or whatever port CS:GO listens on) to the computer running your offline game. Your friends can then connect to your external IP.

Another way is to setup a VPN.

Playing with Friend's easy. and you don't even have to start your own server . you just go into the main menu, and click play with friends. you can then invite them to the lobby from there. then you can select which map you and your friends want to play in with a tab down the bottem. to play privately with just friends there's a small tab button around near the bottem that you can set from public match to private match. and done, you can start the match with you and your friends.

yer i get that he said offline matchs. But i was guess that he have really meant he wanted to play with friends in a private lobby server match. But Techniqally If the game is played completely offline. then no, it's not possiable to play with anyone friends online, if your game is offline...

But if you manage to find a way to multiplayer with friends in any offline games. that would be really interesting to know....

Go to the workshop and download the map you want to play (like Cache, or Mirage) then play that workshop map
