Assuming you are on Windows:
Go to your hosts file located here: C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc

Open it with notepad (You might need to change permissions first to be able to save your changes)

Enter the following line:

127.0.0.1 blog.counter-strike.net

If you need any further help let me know!

The hosts file is also on mac, this should help you with locating and editing:

https://www.techjunkie.com/edit-hosts-file-mac-os-x/

Edit: remember to restart CS:GO for it to work

Before you do that, is the following launch option still working?
-no-browser

Nevermind, just tested it and it does not work.

You have to change the permissions of the file first.
Right click > Properties > Security
After editing you should change it back though.
