game keeps crashing each match

so i have this problem and its annoying af. my game keeps crashing mid-match like every match i play i have to close the game when it freezes and relaunch it and its fine until the end of the match. and in the next match same thing happens

tried gpu driver update
tried verifying game files
tried reinstalling game

nothing seems to help. also searched the discussion no useful info were to be found

the hacker in the other team keep crashing because of the cheats, maybe that is why?

nah its not cheats ive encountered that sort of cheat. it disconnects everyone from the match. my problem is happening only to me during the match

Just had to verify files after similar crash and got banned for 30 minutes for not reconnecting in time. Thanks Valve

Same issue there, every match of premier ranked or deathmatch game is crashin i also lost points and get banned for 30 min, all started after recent update 19.08.2024. I can't find any solution

i found solution for my problem it was this command in my autoexec which do not even worked :

alias "+sprint" "-sprint"
alias "-sprint" "+sprint"
bind shift "+sprint"

So I found the solution to fix this problem that worked for me.

Ignore the part where he enters a command in launch option it doesn't work.

First you gotta search temporary files in search Bar. Then select temporary files from the list. It will open another list with many titles with checkmark next to them. Uncheck all of them except DirectX shader cache and windows update clean up. After making sure those two are selected press remove files.

Secondly. Open the game lower video settings to the lowest possible and disable everything. After that go to audio settings find "streamlined push to talk" and change it to "yes"

I had this as an endless problem with comp matches, I would always get a vac disconnect error / cooldown since my internet is finicky despite being 400Mbps/d 50Mbps/u in speed.

I balanced the frequency of my RAM and tightened the timings a bit

Since then, the only error I get is either no internet for a few minutes, or that the game client needs to update
