Don't want to sound mean...just we all expected way more from such a franchise. It's become a joke among the cheating problem and the minimal gameplay options/maps. It's a quarter of the game CS:GO was. Other devs have been way more open with their communities about combating cheating and/or bringing big updates/events.
Thinking Call of Duty: Warzone and Activision creating Ricochet anti-cheat with special team hired. Fortnite with their big events. I understand these games are all bigger playerbases but they all generate around the same profit. Any other popular FPS like Rainbow Six, Battlefield, whatever have massive updates usually few times a year that bring new maps/weapons.
For CS we barely get new skins anymore. I don't expect them to ever do an operation again and I'm pretty sure they said they wouldn't bother with Danger Zone because the player count was low, so I don't expect to see that either.
Just wish this game was more active/alive for solo/duo players. Trying to get my friends into this game has been an embarrassment.
