If the player got kicked all who voted Yes to kick him they get cooldown
But the time depented on your cooldown level

You know those moments when a teammate is playing on the other side of the map and someone opens vote kick to "warn where they should go" and then the person dies, gets kicked and everyone starts laughing? Or when someone is playing well for the first time after 300 bad matches and decides to open a vote kick against a teammate that is have one bad day?

Yeah... the payback is real and deserved. Just tell or friend to stop vote kicking people b4 it turns into a gameban because despite of what people say, it will.

I think this only effects kicking people in Comp, cuz I'm letting loose the vote kicks in casual. AFK, trolling, team flashing, mic spamming, all things to be kicked for in casual. Never had any kick back. Though, I was playing comp with a friend and after he was TK'd at the beginning of every round for 6 straight rounds, he TK'd the dude who was killing him, and was instantly banned for 15min. So, Valve choosing to continue to support this type of toxic behavior and punishing victims just goes to show they
1 have no idea what's going on
2 dont care
or 3 they know, they partake, and therefore it's okay when THEY do it but not when someone does to it them.

Gabe is a known troll.. and I think everyone is down for one or two rounds of trolling but at some point its like "enough" and to not give the victims proper avenues to escape the abuse or anything it's likely this is some weird fetish... so yeah, just play the game- you need like 3 accounts to play anyway + the $15 per account for prime.

You gotta have one account to warm up on, one to play comp on, and one to play with your lower elo friends lol
