Most matches above and around 15k rating will have a very high chance of having a cheater in them.

Valve makes a billion dollars a year off of people gambling on cases, stickers, and operations. So they have 0 incentive to fix the issue. It's a sad reality we live in. If you keep your rank low, you'll have a better time as no cheaters are low rank. If they are, they just started and will climb out of the low ranks quickly.

if your in actual comp as opposed to premier, i notice that not only will you find cheaters often. but if you look at a given players stats, if your idk silver 4 in comp but only 5k in premier. your gonna play against 17k premier ranked players that are only silver 2 and the like the matchmaking is so broken on top of a non existent anticheat.
