Disconnected - The remote host closed the connection!

Hi!

I will copy what i sent steam support, by the way, their answer didnt help

ive been having a problem with cs2, every time i try to play i get disconnected from the game, in the last few weeks I havent been able to play 1 single round without being disconnected. I havent changed any settings or anything, i think it happened after the update in end of February. The dc happens randomly. Everythings normal, suddenly a big spike in ping increasing it to over 200, everything stops, sound is still going, and then a disconnect. Many times i can move normally and dont notice something until i see that nobody is moving and then it disconnects me. The disconnect message says "Disconnected - The remote host closed the connection". What can be the problem for this?
Ive tried looking at forums, i see that some people have had this problem even half a year ago. I didnt find a solution. Ive tried to play other games and notice the same lag spike, even if the game doesnt have a lot of requirments from hardware.
I have tried:
Checked the network settings, restarted the modem and router, unplugged and plugged all the cables, tried different ethernet ports.
Speed test.net says i have around 94 Mbps of download and upload speed. Ping - 6ms, download latency 22ms, upload latency - 266ms (it varies when testing) My friends who dont have this problem also checked their internet connections, the speed test showed for them slower speeds but the upload latency the same, so it shouldnt be that.
Uninstalling and installing cs2
Verifying the game integrity with the local files
Deleted everything from steam directory except steam.exe, userdata and steamapps folder.
Repairing system files with the admin com prompt "sfc /scannow"
Repairing the steam service
Changed the cs2 settings regarding the bandwidths and speeds of network, tried different settings still dc

I have lost points and weekly case chances because of this, which is frustrating. The dc happens also on regular matches, not just premier. I have attached a picture of the error message after i get disconnected. Usually i can reconnect but still after half a round i get disconnected. I have also been disconnected while i spectate other teammates because i got dc and reconnected. Sometimes i cant connect back to the game. Can someone help me?


UPDATE:
I have noticed an error Slow server frame or something like that that shows in red when i lag. Also im not sure about the increase in ping, some disconnects happened without the change of ping

Seems developers don't care .. it's frustrating every time... that's why I stopped playing competitive games.. you never you will get disconnected
