First off you need to say what system processor and motherboard graffics card and so on you have not given any tech details of your system. How can you get help if you do not know what to post for that missing information.

Since your other games run fine i would suggest waiting for a patch from Valve.

Install Chipset drives
Install windows updates
DDU install your GPU drivers again
change some settings in-game
change bios options
configure windows options for gaming
install vcredits etc software for gaming
most importantly check if you have same problem with other games
if you do so then the problem is in your configuration :)

ive tried many of your listed things. as i stated before i have no problems at all playing other games. it's cs2 only and it seems to be competitive mode only.
Think you can do my friend had same try to under clock ram if still crash under clock CPU the problem will go away 👌

Same GPU, apart it being the Sapphire nitro+ version. AMD Drivers up-to-date, latest windows 11 version, tried DDU'ing Radeon drivers but I still get driver timeouts mid-match, sometimes every match, other times every 2-4matches. No other games crashes, just CS2, which makes me believe it's a fault on CS2 side.
I found a fix. I can play it just fine when I go to settings->start options and type in "-vulkan". Apparently it's a rendering problem and newer setups aren't doing well in this game with dx11.

I run Vulkan on a gforce 3080 its faster and has less input latency. But your instruction on how to enter it to use vulkan makes no since. You should be more detailed to allow others to see how it was fixed. is it a cs2 launch option that you enter this info is it windows what?

I don't know how much more details i can give. I gave you a 100% introduction to what I did. "go to settings->start options and type in "-vulkan""
it's just a basic launch option command
