Can i get vac banned if i use cheats in offline mode?

I just want to install some free cheats to troll my friends in 1v1s (yes you can 1v1 in cs2) . I have no intention to use them in official matchmaking like premier or faceit. Can vac or faceit anti cheat detect my cheats if i dont use them while playing official matchmaking but thier still installed?

In offline, yes. Because VAC is still enabled.

To disable anticheat use -insecure launch setting, but then you're not allowed to play on VAC secured servers.

Though first make sure that the command works, I never used it myself, so no idea, maybe Valve removed it from CS2.

It is not the same.He still can play the game when he is offline and yes he can use cheats when he is offline.

Use the command launch line -insecure, to allow third party software without risking your main account getting banned, this command launch line, won't let you access VAC protected server, it disables VAC modules, you can only play on non-secured server.
