can't even bother watching, cuz i know how rich companies work: all they care about is money and in public they say whatever people want to hear, they lie thru their teeth. this is how you get rich, you have to detach yourself emotionally and only care about money.
ALL big companies do this, they tell you what you want to hear to maintain their public image. we can all see VAC is broken. even if it does detect a cheater, it takes 10+ days for vac to ban them.
if anyone in high place in valve would actually care about the state of the game, they'd be playing the game themselves to see what is going on, but they can't bother, so they have no idea the state the game is in, they only read their log files and pushing pencils behind the desk, that's all they do and this is why state of the game is so poor, they make decisions based on logs only.
they REFUSE to review any info manually
Database is not a freaking toilet...Overloading means database is experiencing more requests than the hardware can handle and saturating refers to reaching bandwidth capacity.
they don't know wtf they are doing.
It's a matter of practice. My accent used to suck too, but now it's pitch perfect.
In ReHLDS we used the best anti-cheating methods, we had several talented cheat makers on top of 100+ contributors involved in that project...it wasn't enough to stop all cheats but it surpassed what Valve could ever achieve by light years.
Everyone who was keeping this game alive with fixes, maps, mods and assets has retired. Here's a quote from the best GoldSrc engine developer and modder I've known: "I'm done with this trash engine" ... he is working for Tencent now.
There are private fixes for rapid fire, magic bullet, spinbot, and a few more, BUT Valve has curbed the community servers even removed Fast DL. That is the thanks we get for contributing all these years. That is also why CS 2 somewhat deserves all the cheaters and will NEVER get rid of them.
