What is the best controller for CS2?

Never played cs with a controller, but I want it so badly. Does anyone know a good controller for it? ps, xbox or something else? Does cs2 support gyro?

cs2 must support controllers (gyro) otherwise one couldnt play cs2 on a steamdeck

a few of the top ten cod pro players including the best one use controllers instead of KM to stay on top , since the game supports controllers in such a way that using MK became a disantvantage

IDK, just wanna master controller skills. I used to play fps shooters on ps4 a little bit, and I like controller gameplay a lot. Want to try cs with it, but I need the best controller. Full support and gyro and best usability needed.

I usually have a controller plugged into my pc, on the cs2 library page there is a notification that says controllers not supported. Is there a way to translate a controllers output to keyboard buttons, I am sure there is but thought that discussion would be outside of the scope of the question asked. There is no controller that is supported by cs2 plug and play. I wish there was.

The PS5 guy was utilizing steam input to mimic keyboard presses on a controller.

What type of controller do you have? Maybe cs2 doesn't support yours concrete controller?

its working to play with controller but it make nonsens.

you dont have any aimassist or some like dat & you have to experience with sens ..
but its okey to play vs bots .. but online never every ( useless to play controller.. )

I have a 2 logitech, ps5,ps4, xbox one and a few random Amazon ones. Usually the ps4 controller is hooked up, I haven’t tried them on cs, just saw the notification
