Why VAC dont detetect Spin Bot?

I remember that in CSGO spin botters were mostly banned live. why doesn't this happen anymore in cs2? what is the problem? any information? When i watch Live streams or something, in premier 20k elo ++ its seems like more spin botting then serious game play xd.

There is no VAC, well not against hardware cheats that is !

If only Valve would ban for the act of doing and the ingame mechanical abuse then we could clean like 99% of the cheaters very easy !
