If you cannot do that, then make sure that the steam client dont safe local credentials and make sure that the machine has not been used for cheating while you are logged into it !
Remember to ask the steam support, so they are aware that you are going to login to another machine that is not yours !
Change your password before you login to it, so you can change back to your original password again... you know, just in case that there is a keylogger on the machine !
and make sure 2fa is activated with mobile sms protection aswell !
If you want to play anywhere else, create a new throwaway steam account and play with it instead of using your main (even if you have to buy a new prime status, it's better than to lose or get a ban on your account).
Never open your steam account anywhere else except on your own devices.
I said "if the cyber cafe has a cheating software". Also, to be honest I donno you and what you do, so for all that counts you could literally be lying about going to internet cafe.
Anyway I gave the safest approach to this, anything else that will happen from this I really don't care since it's not my account anyway.
