im thinking its low spec laptop did u tried to set graphic setings all on performance
and important battery performance on max output not on balanced

and u can set to vulkan graphic its gonna push lil bit fps how to do it
To swap to Vulkan, take the following steps: Right-click on CS2 in your Steam Library, and pick Properties. Locate Launch options down the list under the General tab. Type -vulkan in the empty field
