Got it, I misunderstood. It looks like an issue with the weekly XP bonus, but I couldn’t fully understand OP’s problem.
Sometimes players don’t receive XP at the end of matches due to a bug, but the missing XP usually gets credited a few hours later. Maybe that’s the issue here.
OP might have played so much this week he's just getting reduced XP and doesn't notice much of a difference.
I'd probably try fixing the issue by verifying your games files through the Steam library or waiting until the XP reset in about 36 hours from now. I'd only consider reinstalling the game if you still have the same issue after the upcoming XP reset.

At the very bottom of the page it tells you "CS:GO Profile Rank" and "Experience points earned towards next rank". Maybe play a game and see if anything there changes.
Verifying game files seems to fix the issue, I played 2 games recently and xp points of both game added properly as expected! I am not sure, but this might also be related to using multiple steam accounts from same system and mobile steam authenticator pointing to same mobile number for multiple accounts!
