That would probably fix the Issue for the time being
What its your pc specs?
"When I start CS2 the power supply does not send enough power to the processor and/or GPU"
What are your fps in game?
Its odd seeing people saying how buying the new top of the line amd processor is such a "game changer". Kinda sad actually.
No other game is prolly maxing the cpu and gpu that bad. Have you tried playing alan wake 2 lol.
Thing is the power supply says its rated for so much, but the rails that plug into the motherboard and your gpu are a separate thing, kinda. They can only sustain their own max load.
And the other thing is, that limit degrades over time. Its why I buy power supplys that are rated for almost 30-40% of what I think I will need. They last a much longer time that way.
Like others said, you could just power limit either the cpu or gpu, or both, and that would prolly buy you a few more years.
