Very excited about the map guide creation tools but I have some questions.

How do you change the standing/aim instructions when you create a grenade node?

How do you set a grenade node to be a jump, w+jump, right click, run then throw, ect. in regards to the target landing point for the nade.

I'm assuming for more complex 'walk 2 steps then throw' type lineups we need to make positions, spots, and text all separately.

The dev made lineups on train are yellow but when I create one it's white, how do you change the color?

Not really sure how to use the 'annotation_create line' command at all.

Can't find the /annotations/ folder anywhere, even tried searching my whole computer for 'de_train.txt' to find the annotation file itself, no luck.

Your last question where to find the "standard" de_train.txt: I cant find it ether :(
What you can do at least is "export" the standard annotations by loading into train with the annotations and then saving them by typing: "annotation_save [insert name here]"
Save location: \SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Counter-Strike Global Offensive\game\csgo\annotations
