New Bug - Can't Join Team

Was trying to play some of the new maps in casual, go into a lobby and tried to join a team. CS told me that the team was full with 8 people and the other was full with 9 (I left and rejoined with no effect). Had to spectate for the match then it fixed. Has anyone else experiencing this?

Also been having trouble with rubber banding and stuttering, kinda ruining the game. Does anyone know of a solution?

especially death from grenadess(ukrain women)
