Mouse Sens Drops in CS2, I am desperate

Hi all,
Randomly, while in game, my sensitivity will drop to about half the sens it should be at, with no correlation to frame drops or quality drops. For context, I can run consistent 150-ish frames with no problem on my system on medium/high settings.

This does not happen in any other game than CS2, and :
- I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling Steam and CS2 as a whole
- changed mice
- changed mousepad
- uninstalled Razer Synapse
- done the mouse setting autoexec and boot params
- changed USB ports

None of these seem to help!!!
I am genuinely at a loss for what else it could be other than raw input issues, which is no longer a setting...

If anyone has any tips that might help, it would be great! I am desperate!!!!

Once had then when i was using 4:3 stretched resolution, switched to 16:9 and haven't had the issue since. Also putting the game in Borderless Window mode and then in Fullscreen exclusive mode does seem to fix some similar issues for some people.

Maybe one of these help you, good luck finding a fix!

Its an issue with the 4:3 stretched res, happens to me when i alt tab a lot and the strech is missaligned or something similar, fixes by restarting game.
i dont know any fix, maybe is a nvidia driver issue idk
