infinite queu in premier and qualify

ive been in queue the last 3 hours and it doesnt find me a game. Its happening to me for the last 3 days and the support team doesnt gives me help.
Someone knows what to do?
i think it is happening because my trust factor.
ill apreciate the comments

Yeah I have also experience this issue where I always have to accept games and for some reason always atleast 1-4 person wont accept and the cycle repeats. I queued with someone and the issue was resolve, also playing in premeir wont affect this I only find it on competitive. super annoying having to accept 50x
