windows display setting to scale screws with CS2
I have been using 4k screens for over 8 years now, and cs2, is THE ONLY Game I have ever seen that gets screwed over by the windows scale settings.

If the text scale setting in WINDOWS DISPLAY SETTINGS is anything but -%100 the mouse cursor DOES NOT LINE UP with the mouse pointer in game. Also, if this setting is not set to %100, for some reason my screens NATIVE resolution WILL NOT SHOW UP in the resolution list.

This is the only game, from hundreds of games I have played, where I need to go into my display settings, and set this down to %100 every time I play.

Was this game even beta tested before release? what kind of NEWBIE developer mistake is this? I would expect this kind of bug from a low end INDIE company, but from VALVE? WTF

i expect better from you valve, "Valve, plz fix"

is this a recent thing? i have 4k monitor aswell, but i run cs2 in 1440p. no issues.
i have this exact issue in snowrunner and expeditions tho. in those games what "fixes" it, is to turn vsync off and set frame limit instead. this won't cause the scaling issues, but it still causes screen tear as i can't lock my fps to match 59.97hz. i can only choose 60, but that's not same as 59.97 and it causes screen tear.

in cs2 i don't have it tho, vsync works fine. no scaling nor tearing issues. i have scaling in windows set to 150%. i run 4k desktop, but most games i run in 1440p.
