Change your password on a secure device.
Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage
Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey
After you fully secured your account with ALL the steps above...
1. Go here https://help.steampowered.com/en/
2. Scroll down and enter the name of the game in the search bar.
3. Click on the game.
4. Select "It's not in my library"
5. Select "Restore the previously removed package to my account"
Please link the update that states accounts that were granted Prime for free will no longer have access to Prime.

Starting May 10, 2024, players launching Counter-Strike 2 for the first time will not have the prime status they received for free for playing CS:GO.
Please note that Steam support cannot restore a free copy of prime status. It can be purchased in-game and from the Steam store via this link.

So, support says, people who have never touched CS2, even when it was in beta (March 2023), for the whole year but opened the game after May 10, 2024 will have Prime status stripped from their account?
