Prime w CS2 zniknął

witam, po dłuższym czasie bez logowania, moje ulepszenie do statusu prime zniknęło.
Prime wbiłem jakoś w 2019 roku, po czym wbiłem 2 odznaki za lvl przez 2 nastepne lata co potwierdza, że wcześniej miałem prime. Dziś po dłuższym czasie loguje się na nowym PC chcę sobie zagrać, a tu nagle nie mam Statusu Prime, musze go zwyczajnie na nowo kupić gdy już wcześniej go miałem. Support nie odpowiada, a ja jestem załamany i zakłopotany tą sytuacją. Ktoś może zna rozwiązanie na ten problem? Uprzejmie proszę o pomoc.

Miałem to samo. Pomoc techniczna odpowiedziała, że Prime został odebrany wszystkim, którzy dostali go za darmo w cs:go i nie przejdzie do cs2 do 10 maja 2024 roku. Uważam, że to niesprawiedliwe i należy poruszyć tę kwestię

Deauthorize all devices https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Change your password on a secure device.

Generate new back up codes. https://store.steampowered.com/twofactor/manage

Revoke the api key (this should be empty) https://steamcommunity.com/dev/apikey

After you fully secured your account with ALL the steps above...

1. Go here https://help.steampowered.com/en/

2. Scroll down and enter the name of the game in the search bar.

3. Click on the game.

4. Select "It's not in my library"

5. Select "Restore the previously removed package to my account"

Please link the update that states accounts that were granted Prime for free will no longer have access to Prime.

So, support says, people who have never touched CS2, even when it was in beta (March 2023), for the whole year but opened the game after May 10, 2024 will have Prime status stripped from their account?

Is that correct?
