Unboxing bug
Few days ago i bought some keys and started to open some breakout cases. After a few cases i saw the butterfly knife icon for the first time in my life. After i saw it, my screen just went straight to the showing of a scout. Without even scrolling through the items.

Anyone ells with the same thing? And what is valve gonna do about this? So sad when u spend ur money and this happends.

Usually you keep scrolling the items and it slowly stops, i see the butterfly knife icon and 0.1 second later i see a scout in my inventory...

It probably went 1 mm over the butterfly knife icon, it's called bad luck :l

lol bro, u dont understand, i did not even see it stop. From full speed scrolling it went straight to my inventory with a scout in it...

I often get that. That happens if you click on inventory again or if it first had connection problems.

Some people are impatient and if you click on it you can see faster what you got.

Yeah, and i emailed valve, and no response for 3 days.. Not even an explenation or anything

They don't really care I guess 1 person out of a million is mad with them about a bug which they don't want to waste time fixing. Sorry for your loss

Yeah, but when u been a loyal customer for years, and been spending plenty of money on them the least they can do is give u an answer or explenation.
