Possible to query current cooldown time or other ideas of fixing cooldown time on cybercafe accounts? (CYBERCAFE ACCOUNT)

Is it possible to query the current cooldown time via a API, or reading some file from the steam directory?

I currently work as a employee for a cyber cafe (and of course the cybercafe have valid cybercafe accounts for all stations). Cybercafe forum on the old forums are closed so cannot ask there.

The problem is that either customers do not have enough time loaded on their card to partipicate in a match (so they get booted in the middle of a match when cafe timer expires) or they specifically abandon a match and causes harm to other customers. (Because then the cybercafe accounts they all have cooldowns and other customers cannot play CS:GO)

The idea I got is that if a customer causes a cooldown to a cybercafe account, I could write a module to the billing software that would read this cooldown time (best would be to get it in raw seconds remaning eg for 5 days and 1 hour remaining would be integer=435600) and then pull the correct amount from their cybercafe access card like if they used a computer for the whole cooldown time (so if they cause a 7 day cooldown, I would pull 7 day-passes from their card = 70$ - one day-pass is about 10$).

Another solution would be if there exist some API to identify the customer to CS:GO, like:
steam.exe --cooldownaccountnumber=12345678
(only available to cybercafe customer accounts)
where we insert a unique customer number after =, thus the cooldown would be "tied" to this customer, so next time he comes and login (even on a another cafe account), he still have the cooldown if theres time remaining, but other customers are not affected.


Any ideas?
