Can I instantly trade any item bought from the CS:GO Store?

I saw that "Note: Starting in the next few days, items purchased for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive either in-game or on the Steam Community Market will not be tradable or marketable for one week after purchase. We are making this change to combat fraud and scams, and to help maintain a safe and healthy item economy within Counter-Strike: Global Offensive." thing and I was wondering if that had taken place yet.

Are items bought from the Community Market and In-game CS:GO Store still tradeable after purchase? Or has the note already taken action?

The note is and has been in effect for a while now. You can still trade items after you buy them, you just have to wait a week :3
