The GAME RUINING ban system

I think that the ban system is stupid. First of all the max ban that should be set is 1 or 2 days. Secondly I just wanted to say right now it is the Christmas holiday and I was wanting to play a lot but thanks to the sytem a teammate jumps in my way and then I get a 7DAY ban which is most of the holiday and that is now ruined now. It is unfair that there is no way of lifting it, I think that the max should be maybe 2 days and there should be a way of valve looking back at your games and then unbanning you because it is such an unfair system. This is my 3rd 7DAY ban and I was told that after a week of being good i would go back down so I have had them for my wifi being bad but when it was sorted I was EXTREMELY careful to do a few warmups in casual to test my connection then check after each game just so that I didnt get banned. Then I have waited the week and I trusted that I would be safe because it would go back to a half an hour ban if my connection ♥♥♥♥♥ up, obviously not, I start doing 1 warmup casual game before hand then jump right in ready to play. I have been ok for nearly a week now and then I get a stupid team who keep jumping infront of me and then BAM I get a 7day or 1 WEEK ban. It is the only criticism I can think of about the game, the rest is amazing, and I wish it could be fixed as soon as possible and maybe me get unbanned as soon as possible cos this really has ruined my christmas break.

Ive never had longer than a 30 min ban, I killed a team mate in a Comp game just before (by mistake) and didn't even get a cooldown. Obviously you're messing up WAY too much.

I dont want to sound rude but... 3 times 7day bans is like... 8 to 15 bans already. Maybe you could play with actual people you know so that way you wont have to kick someone, he wont get in your way on purpose like ive already seen, and so on. Obviously crying about the countdown on the board wont affect it, reduce it, or remove it. No one here can do it. And even if you contact the support you will get the same result. I`m sorry to say, it might be an arch way but clearly an efficient way to keep trouble makers out of the competitive game for a period of time.

Exactly thats happened to me before but I got it cos of some ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ running in front of me

well 3rd 7day ban means there has been a lot of bans before for other reasons.
i have over 2000 competetive matches and I only got banned 2 times because of accidentally too much teamdamage/tk.
ofc automatic system cant see if it is purpose or accident. but if you play normal, you almost never get a ban
