IP rate limiting client
What does this mean? I saw this in the console while waiting for a match in competitive.

It also gave me an IP address of the server and said something about the number of hits. Does anyone know what that's supposed to be about?

Its because someone use HLSW rcon tool to track your server and and that tool pings your server every second.
