No you cannot. Learn to play with a low sensitivity (just lower it every few rounds a little bit, you'll get used to a low sensitivty in no time) and you'll see how much better it is in a game like CS.
Trust me, you wont ever go back to an higher sensitivity after trying it. :P
When you learn to play with lower sensitivity you can control better your mouse movements, you learn to have a very good crosshair placement also.

Also, once you choose a sensitivity, stick to it, don't change it randomly!
