if polling rate is all you want change highest=best for that setting but yeah your sens is way too high as is your dpi but whatever floats your boat
I use 2.05 in game and 1.8k sensitivity

(if you have the 2013 edition, for some odd reason I can tell a bit of a difference with calibrating the mouse to your mousepad), but as OP indiciated, he can use the calibration system so the mouse will do its super ultra cool execution to the mousepad and recognize what material and- i'm just kidding. but no seriously, try the mousepad calibration)
cs:go sens 1.75
I think an one square inch mousepad is good enough for these settings.
