HELP: My mouse freaks out when I move/flick it too fast
So I got a new computer, mouse, mousepad and started playing low DPI and sensitivity. (I used to play with high DPI and sens so I never had this issue). When I'm trying to turn and react quickly in game, my mouse freaks out and all of a sudden I'm looking up or down or it's stuck halfway through the turn.

I've turned off mouse acceleration and turned on Raw input.

DPI: 600, SENS: 1.5, Windows Mouse: 6/11.

I've been trying to google this issue for a while and I got nothing. I tried my old wireless mouse that I used and I still have the same issue on that mouse so I don't think it's my new mouse's problem. I tried playing on a table without the mousepad (which I used to do in the past) and I still get the "freak out." Although, it does freak out more easily on the mousepad than the table.

Mouse: Etekcity S200, Mousepad: Xtrac Pads Ripper

Is it a software issue or maybe I bought a cheap ass mouse and mousepad? (I was trying to stay on budget) If it is a mouse/mousepad issue, then I would like some advice before I drop a lot of money and realize that it isn't.

Please help!

Ten dollar mice usually have trouble with quick turns. It's probably not about the game, especially if you have raw input enabled.

I have a zelotes gaming mouse. It is ten dollars but extremely good quality for the price. I don't know if you could look into it for me and help me with the problem?

Wow this was a LONG time ago. I figured out the problem a few months back. It has to do with IPS (inches per second). MY mouse had a low IPS so it can't read many inches when I moved it too quickly. I got a mouse with a higher IPS (g402) and it fixed the problem. Usually a good mouse has about 3 IPS. g402 has 10. My 10 dolalr mouse probably had like 0.5 lol

The dpi of your mouse is either 1000-3400 or 1000-5500, the zelotes gaming mouse is NOT good quality. i have the same mouse with the same problem there is no way to fix this. the mouse is made of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ fake plastic and fake rubber with really bad coding and and such if you know what i mean. the changing colors thing and dpi is just a way to trick you into buying it but its really ♥♥♥♥. you will need a new mouse trust me.

It can be as simple as DIRT inside your mouse/ on your mousepad. Clean your stuff, try again.

It's not that. I bought another mouse anyway, (Razer DeathAdder Chroma) Works like a charm :D

Here's the thing, I can tell you exactly your problem. I myself experienced the "mouse flicking" mouse flying all over the place when I use low dpi/sense. When your using a cheap mouse (most likely laser) the IPS(Inch per second) of the sensor is really low (possibly below 80). Normally for games especially cs go it requires a mouse that has an ips sensor maybe above 150. I always had this problem when I had a cheap rip off amazon mouse. The only possible way to fix this without replacing your mouse is by using a higher sense/dpi. Obviously this will effect your gameplay because its always better to play on lower dpi/sense in cs go (some may not agree). I bought myself a steelseries rival(200 IPS). Works like a charm for me never had this problem again. Best of luck!
