Market always shows cheapest one, if it has a name tag then it will be visible there, other that that I don't think is possible to find a gun with nametag, but you can just buy one for gun you like.
EDIT. You can actually see if gun has it's own name, but you have to do it manualy by cheacking each gun individualy on its market page.
I'm guessing you want to name you m4a1-s bloodsomething.
IMO it's not worth it.
If it was a really expenisive skins then I could consider giving a name for it, but for a skin worth less than a name tag it's just not worth it.
