In news that will undoubtedly shake the CS:GO competitive scene, minutes ago Hovik "KQLY" Tovmassian's Steam account showed 1 VAC ban on record.
After the recent ban that ESEA handed to ALTERNATE's player Simon "smn" Beck, many speculations about other top players cheating arose in the scene. This afternoon Beck himself received a VAC ban, along with Titan's player.
After winning ESWC 2013 with Clan-Mystik, Tovmassian went on to join LDLC in February this year and accomplish a top 8 placing at EMS One Katowice and a top 4 placing at ESL One Cologne.
After that along with Dan "apEX" Madesclaire and Mathieu "Maniac" Quiquerez he joined Titan's new project and soon after won DreamHack Stockholm.
The team was set to appear at the $250,000 DreamHack Winter next week, but with Tovmassian receiving the ban it is unknown whether they will be able to retain the slot as he was one of the three ex-LDLC members that brought on their invite for the event.

He must be frustrated of being banned and cut from the team just before dreamhack with that juicy prizepool and sticker money.
To be fair, he was an addition to Titan.
Titan will always be KennyS's team
Can someone fill me in how and when these informations got revealed?
I am really concerned about the Dreamhack tournament now because the pro-scene is now on a shaking ground after what i have been reading for the past hour or so.
CS GO is pretty much the most competitive FPS game there is and i do not want to see it fall because some people thought cheating will get them too far.
