Hand gets tense when playing comp

Hey! So recently when I've started a comp, my hand gets really tense. I dont know why but it irritates me alot. It hasn't happened before. My question is, has it happened to you guys before and do you have any tips to make it less tense. I cant aim correctly. Doesnt happen when I play deathmatch or other things.

tbh mine used to but you play more and you get used to it idk if this will help

It is the stress that you think an enemy will pop up and kill you, just relax and take the game slowly and rush to the enemy side. Also being with teammates or talking on Skype helps you feel more safe

I've played for almost 800 hours. Just started happening

I think its just that I know I need to aim good and then my hand gets stiff/tense and I also hold the mouse way harder when I'm trying to shoot someone and it makes it hard for me to aim.
