Outline makes it worse imo.
thanks man, just started on steam again , havent played in 10 years it really helps.
Then you can check the rgb chart for any color.
After you've done that, type them in the console:
cl_crosshaircolor_r 255
cl_crosshaircolor_g 255
cl_crosshaircolor_b 255

with white crosshair

yeah i was gonna use that
I find the black outline almost causes the crosshar to get lost sometimes.
With Cyan you can't see the crosshair at certain distances with an outline on.
