My specs are 8gb ram 3.2ghz and nvidia geforce
Problem soled
I'm completely uninstalled the graphics card driver Intel and nVidia.
http://www.guru3d.com/files-details/display-driver-uninstaller-download.html
And install nvidia and intel drivers again.
CSGO works.
(caused by the idea of deactivating "unneccessary" services)
If you configuered your autorun services recently, try to check, if you find any disabled nVidia (or AMD) services, reenable it and restart your computer.
How?
Go to device manager, uninstall your dsiplay drivers. Then at the top under one of the tabs choose scan hardware and it should update automatically.
Thanks you mutch !!
