You can't "delete" your CS:GO Account, you can delete whatever you want, the CS:GO Account is connected to your Steamaccount.

You Delete your Gamefiles, so you have to redownload the Game...

You cannot, you can only delete (delte) the game.

And don't delete it, "Verify Game Cache" is all you need.

It doesnt delte your account, all your skins, acheivements and that are linked to your account in a cloud. So deleting ur game wont change anything on ur account.

you are not deleting/removing account content.It can only |Valve do (or on your request).
You can only replace or trade items marked as tradable or marketable.that is all.
