how many losses in a row do you need to derank? im not trying to derank myself haha its just that im on a 2 loss and draw streak :(

Not necessarily, in fact it can completely change based on how close he is to the next rank, and the ranks of his opponents.

Its not all about losses, if you do the objective and have decent KDR, you can lose heaps and will not de-rank.

i would like to de-rank.. also if i get kicked does it count as a loss, coz i've been kicked about 4 times in a row after doing +right and +forward. i just wanna get to silver again..

Round wins also counts too. like say you lose 16-3 might effect your elo rank.

doesnt really matter how many games you win/lose. its more to do with how many rounds you win/lose.

Listen, I've tested this out so many times, example: if u just ranked up to master guardian and from gold nova master you will need to lose 2 in a row to get deranked down when u do get deranked you will need to win 2 in a row. Also if u lose 1 u will need to win 2 to rank up

no.. thats not how it works.. only rounds and MVP's factor into it.

You're all wrong. It could take any amount of losses. It depends how bad you've lost. It's per round. So losing 14-16 isn't as bad as 4-16. Also it's the points you have in the match. If you lost and was top of the scoreboard with high points. 30bomb it isn't as bad as being on the bottom with low points and no mvp stars. RWS has nothing to do with MM in cs:go competitive mode. Nor does KDR. One person could take as little as 3-5 wins in a row to get promoted. Or in some instances that I've seen 25 wins in a row.

For the non smurfs Its like 2-5
I just won 7 games in a row as gnm hit a 20 bomb or so in 6 of them the other one the enemy team surrendered and just tied and lost 2 and I ripped my rank however on my smurf I lose big time and still stay the same rank, I think it's cuz the system doesn't know what rank I belong in bcuz I have 17 wins on it my first 10 games were with MGs but now I'm playing with low novas trying to get silver but it takes like 10 or more, k/d is definitely involved bcuz I got 0-0 in my derank games
