Binding two keys for one action

Hello,

is it possible to somehow bind one action to two different buttons?

For example: I want to talk to my team with MOUSE4, because its much easier to do it with the mouse. But on halftime, if i want to talk to the enemies, i cant, thats why i put push to talk on C.

How can i put Push to talk to MOUSE4 and C?

and it wont stop the other buttons from working aswell

humm i want my mouse4 and 2 to be secondary weapon but it just unbinds 2 or mouse4
