Pretty much this. Your forearm is supposed to move when you're aiming, if you're doing it with just the wrist, you're obviously playing on a really high sensitivity which isn't good at all in FPS games like cs. Lower your sens, buy a bigger mousepad and practice.
Thank you!
(that's 17,78" per / 360°)
Where do these numbers come from?
If you rarely move you're forearm and you only need 35cm to make a full 360, then yeah it's a really high sens. Can I ask what DPI and ingame sens you're using?
Including the dpi / cpi of your mouse, and your accell (if you use it).
400 dpi, 1 ingame sens no accel. What's yours?
And holy s*h*i*t, if it's correct your "actual" sens would be around 103 cm / 360. ~25cm per 90° turn is quite heavy.
Edit: seriously, i don't believe it :P
It indeed is. I'm trying to put my ingame sens a little higher for checking corners more quickly but I have a hard time adjusting to it. My aim has gone down quite a bit because of it and I have a hard time controlling my spray properly. I'm trying ingame sens of 1.2 and I still find it too "quick" for my taste when it comes to aiming at long distances.
Edit: also rather important: which maps & positions do you think you play best on?
