I don't have M4A1 - S?
As a CT I can't buy M4A1-S, just M4A1? Though other players are dropping it?

Same with the USP-S it replaces the P-2000 and the CZ replaces the special T/CT pistols

Thanks, is that selection permanent or I have to choose it before every game?

Permanent, but you can revert it any time you choose to.

You mean you can only buy the M4A4. Well, as some people already mentioned, you have to equip it in your inventory. This is not like the previous counter strike where the default m4a4 has a silencer ready.
