Is the Zeus useful?

I just recently got the game and haven't played humans yet (I have to wait until I get better internet as I am not willing to get banned because of ♥♥♥♥♥♥ internet). That said I have had pretty good success with it in most difficulties the bots have. In PVP is it worth purchasing at all? Or am I better off using that money elsewhere?

Really situational, but mostly useless. Barely anyone in competetive does use it.

You can very rarely grab it when you are in the lead for a good laugh, some maps have really good spots to zeus just one guy, but other than that nobody ever uses it seriously.

In PvP it's only real use is to taunt people. "I bought a one use $1000 item and killed you with it"

Usually you'll
1) Be able to just shoot them from a safer distance and get you more money per kill
or
2) Be close enough to knife them which will get you the maximum amount of money per kill.

Isn't it $400? Not that it really matters persay just I would never touch it for that kind of money.

It is indeed $400, but I have no idea about the kill reward. Shouldn't it be a huge lot as well, because it is basically a knife- kill?
