I suck at pistol rounds

And i need help I always get insta hs no matter what and none of my shots or headshots ever count no matter how carefully / precisely I aim or shoot. I'm close to just yoloing every pistol round with a knife now.

Pistol rounds are free kills for me.

Hold corners and place your crosshair just off the corner' as they enter the area you take single shots to the head.
Or learn to strafe shoot carefully.
Don't spam pistols either unless tec9 which can be spammed a bit more.
Five seven looses accuracy when you spam so slow the shots down, same with p250.

What rank are you? I ask because I am silver 4 and most pistol rounds, I do ok at, but sometimes, I get hit in the head like the other team is using hacks even though they aren't. I'm just wondering if your luck on pistol round is because of the skill level you are playing against.

lol i'm a nova 4. I'm good at any round apart from pistol. I can just never land shots.

honestly everything ppl have said, simply hold corners and one tap ppl you need to have good crosshair placement and don't have too high of a sensitivity. USP and glock both can be one shot HS in pistol rounds no need to buy anything but what you start with.

pistol rounds are bizarre. You can make some shots by carefully aiming, but I've been dinked across maps countless times by brainless glock spray.

Dont buy pistols, use your glock/usp, buy nades if u cant hit ppl heads on. Just flash them.

I regularly kill tec9 jockeys with my five seven.
