I bought it combo with http://www.x7.cn/en/product.asp?id=53 (Keyboard)
Just how i like it
I got a Razer DeathAdder Chroma a few months ago, and I haven't seen a noticeable improvement, other than the mouse looks slightly prettier, and that there's 2 extra buttons which I never use. I'd say getting a big mousepad would be better; the bigger it is, the lower the sensitivity you can set. Lower sensitivity = more precise. I have a Steelseries mousepad.
Will a Well-Worn with some stickers on it work fine?
It feels amazing and looks sweet!

Razer has good sofware and high DPI, but again, it depends on what your hand prefers. As for DPI in general: CS:GO players don't usually use high DPI because aiming is easier with low DPI. Then again, maybe that's different for you as well.
So, your choice. I own a Razer Taipan and am very happy with it.
