CSGO Not loading maps/freezing pc
Hey guys I just started having this problem an hour or so ago.

First of all the game takes friggin forever to load (usually instant) and when ever I try to load a map or join a server it takes upward of 5-10 minutes to join even just on valve dm servers. That is if it even does load, It was frozen at loading game data for like 10-15 minutes after map change. I couldn't alt tap, f10, window button, couldn't open task manager or anything. I finally decided to trick my pc into turning off just so that it would turn off all exe. and stop it before it shut down.

Anyone having this problem or have a fix for it?

If this problem persists I am going to take my computer to the shop on saturday, since it has been acting werid for a few days now.

ty for your time :D

I've had the same problem on and off and it's only with csgo that it happens.
Im getting stuck at "sending client info" when loading up a map and then it takes 1-3 minutes before I finally can join the map. Also have a similar problem when starting up csgo. I get to a black screen and sometimes have to wait up to 4 minutes before I get the title screen.

I use to end the process and restart the game when that happens and that usually helps away the problem. It's quite annoying though.

There was something wrong with my display drivers, I had just gotten a new moniter (BENQ XL2411Z) and had forgot to remove and uninstall the drivers from my old moniter. Therefore my computer was trying to send images to a moniter that no longer existed which caused multiple crashes bugs.

So I took it to the computer shop and he fixed it in less then 8 minutes. Soooo yeah that made me feel dumb XD

I have this problem and when I try and look for monitor drivers I just see 2 generic pnp monitors for my two monitors. My new monitor is an asus vg248qe, but that monitor doesnt seem to conflict with CSGO and my other monitor I used to run CSGO on so I am stuck. I have tried
- restarting computer
- editing mem lvl number in video.txt file and changing disablehtmlmotd value to 1 and 0 in config file
- uninstalling, installing
- in launch options adding cl_disablehtmlmotd 1
- turning of multi core rendering
- changing video settings to low
- verify game cache
- delete csgo in local files and than verifying game cache
- uninstalling, shut down computer, turn it back on and than install csgo, delete csgo in local files than verify game cache

Anyone got a solution?
