CSGO Crate simulator typish game?

Is there a game where u start with like ... i dunno.. 200$ and roll for weapons and sell the weapons for more money for more crates or for cool skins? would have to be multiplayer of course .. like ... leaderboard or some ♥♥♥♥. Anything like this?

Well there is a website called convars.com where there is a case openning and tradeup contract simulator but that is it. The skins you get can not be transfered into anything else it is just to test your luck. If you want to gamble m8 there are plenty of other csgo websites for that.
