Are you happy with being MG1? = Yes

You shamed to tell your rank or lie about it = No

Rank does not matter, just have fun.
Yeah, MG is like the average european of csgo

yes.

probably the most common rank in CSGO

also, ranks dont mean ♥♥♥♥. there are people in MG ranks who play the game competitively in leagues aswell as people who are completely new to CS.

the sooner you start playing ESEA or CEVO or any other PUG service, you will be able to actually judge how much you've improved and start improving properly.

I never doubted my self in terms of skill, i was just saying if at this point i would be labeled a decent player. I'm tired of being called a silver scrub or a nova ♥♥♥♥♥♥ :P even though i play decently

no
Where it really starts to get pro is DMG/Eagle or higher. Anything before that is just MM scrub sauce.
^My opinion concluded from playing 1500hours+^

Also you'll run into the occasional "high ranked player" who knows hardly anything about the game. Probably been boosted.

As it stands, ranks are pretty messed up. Played with some LEs on Mirage, not a single one knew any T sided smokes, several of them full bought on eco rounds and noone communicated at all :S

Oh, i've heard of Pugs but always kinda felt like i needed more practice with smokes and teamwork. though now i feel somewhat confident, would you mind linking me to a place i could down load this service. That would be greatly appreciated :D

http://play.esea.net/ - pay to play
http://cevo.com/hub/csgo/ - free

you have to download the client in either case and go from there.

please, just stop. im LE and I barely played this game (granted I did play a few thousand hours of CSS and 1.6). there is no "pro" in terms of matchmaking. not in SMFC, not in GE, nowhere. there is the occasional "pro" player that plays mm for his twitch viewers, but thats it. anyone that takes this game seriously does not play MM seriously, trust me. you either play IRC pickup games / pugs / scrims with your team.
