The Graphics card isn't that great, but maybe on lowest settings you could run it at 60Fps.

I run similar hardware (desktop though), it's more than enough to run on medium graphics settings. People need to stop underestimating Intel Graphics.

He's on the 4000 so he can pull the game off alright, anything before that is when intel integrated was terrible, they aren't great, but they can play games now.

Everyone keeps refering to Intel HD Graphics as a graphics card...

It's not.

Intel HD Graphics is actually what's known as integrated graphics, or the use of your standard hardware (RAM, CPU, etc) to process graphics data rather than having a seperate set of RAM and a CPU to do just that. This is actually highly problematic, and can lead to noticibly terrible performance in games.

U could proably run CS:GO at 900fps
not good enough to be good

A laptop dual core i5 cold never dream to compete against its quad core desktop counterpart. The Intel hd 4400 is also severely crippling. You will be able to run csgo, but not with any semblance of comfort or fluidity. Good luck though. 👍✨
