Anyone can join idle servers, AWP in DM, or rek noobs in Casual.
You are obviously not carrying that K/D over into MatchMaking. Which, let's be honest, is the only place where your K/D & Win Percentage matters.

No, he DOES have a 5.0+ K/D ... But that is probably from joining those 'Idle Server. Drops/24/7' servers. . . . Anyone can join them and spam HeadShots with the AWP or Negev spray into the front line.
Copmpetitive is where it matters, and he has an average K/D and loses more games than he wins.
