TS3/Skype gives me lag spikes ONLY in CS:GO

I never had ping problems but now I have in Cs:go. In every game I am using skype or ts3 when I am playing with my friends I can also download and it wont change my ping,but when I play cs:go and I am using only TS3/Skype I have lag spikes as hell my ping can be 30 but when I walk I stop for a second or so. Sometimes it ok for like 5 seconds but then it starts lagging again. I dont have lags when I use steam voice chat but sound here is quiet for both sides (you and your friend) and you cant have a group call. I really need help how to fix this because I can't call with my friends when we have a full members and when I play with just with random guys or friend(s) I really dont want to speak with foreign language in game where are random strangers because its annoying. I searched a lot of pages forums but I didn't find any solution. I have this problem only while I am playing CS:GO I dont have this problem in other games.

I dont have internet problems. As I wrote I have this problem ONLY in CS:GO when I am using TS3/Skype. When I play any other game and I use any program that needs internet my ping doesn't change I can have turned 100 programs that needs internet but my ping will sitll be low. But if it helps 20Mbps
