My cross hair in game won't move..... FIXED!!!!!!!

meaning I cant shot people unless they go into where my crosshair is staying still.

I'v had this isue alot and thought it was a bug and it might get fixed but as it's happening alot move oftain i'm bored of restarting my game to fix this issue. I'v reinstalled the game but it still is happening does anyone know how to fix this if they do please comment or add me to give me a step by step way to fix it. Thanks

change the cross hair in game settings. i think its default static.

See if your mouse is somewhere else.

EDIT: What I get from this is that your crosshair WON'T move, so you can't change direction.

Also, this may be a system problem.

yes my cross hair won't move so i cannot aim at people.

i have used a cross hair map to change it and i haven't look if my sensitivity has changed but befor i tabed out it's fine

Well It's been 2 years i think I just redownloaded my game or somthing :/

redownloading the game does not take care of the settings.
never hear of steam cloud?

just go ingame and reset your settings to default.

I fixed the issue ages ago, in that time I've changed hardware and redownloaded the game many times on both my harddrives and my SSD est.
